Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

If you order the wrong products and do not realise until delivered please notify us as soon as possible.  Please return the goods, clearly stating your order number, name, address and contact details. Once the returned goods are received we will deliver the correct products within the 30 day period free of charge.  The customer will meet delivery costs for the return of goods under this policy.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your faulty goods to be immediately replaced at no additional cost to you. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will issue you a full refund including delivery costs once the goods are received by us.

Should we despatch the wrong items, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem at no extra cost to you.  We will either send the correct goods or give you a full refund if requested once the returned goods are received by us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate postage costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Most items are sent by Royal Mail, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We now have a flat shipping rate of £6.95 for all orders under £80.00.  If you spend more than £80.00 your shipping will be free of charge.  You should expect to receive your items within 3-5 working days from the date of your order.

If you require your items sooner than 3-5 working days please contact us and we do our best to accommodate your requirements however there may be an additonal charge for this.
